Registration and Deadlines

Registration:

All the participants are asked to submit the Registration form to the organizing committee through the conference website at your earliest convenience, but not later than May 15, 2017.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee is 200 US dollars. It will cover the lunch within campus and one conference dinner (June 28 night) and the excursion to the Victoria Peak and Madame Tussauds Hong Kong on June 28 afternoon. If you are not going to join both the dinner and excursion, you only need to pay 100 US dollars for the registration fee. If you prefer to come to the dinner only but not the excursion, the registration fee will be 150 US dollars. If you prefer to pay 150 US dollars or 100 US dollars for the registration fee, please inform Ms. Mimi Lui at ml@maths.hku.hk before June 1, 2017, otherwise we will assume you will pay 200 US dollars when you do the registration. The fees are payable in cash only at the registration desk of the conference.

If your spouse or other family members would like to join the excursion and conference banquet, please also inform Ms. Mimi Lui at ml@maths.hku.hk before June 1, 2017.

Finally, we are sorry that we cannot waive the registration fee for any participant unless you are a local participant and you pay for your lunch and do not join any social event.

Deadlines:

Registration Form: by May 15, 2017 or until the full capacity of this conference is reached, whichever comes first.

Submission of the title and abstract: by June 1, 2017 (if you give a talk)
