Abstract
In these four lectures, we shall talk about some basic results and ideas in the complex dynamics.
In particular, we shall cover the following topics:
o Normal families
o Basic properties of Fatou and Julia sets
o Local fixed point theory
o Quasi-conformal mappings
o No wondering domain theorem
These talks will be accessible to graduate
students.
