Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Entrance Scholarship
In 2023, an Entrance Scholarship was established for new students admitted to the Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence [MSc(AI)] Programme. The Scholarship shall be awarded from the academic year 2023-24 under the following regulations:
The Scholarship shall be known as “Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Entrance Scholarship”.
A maximum of four scholarships shall be awarded annually to new student(s) of the MSc(AI) programme on the basis of academic merit, financial need upon admission and, if necessary, interview performance. The exact number of scholarships shall be determined by Selection Committee subject to funding availability.
The Scholarship shall be of the value of HK$20,000 each.
The Scholarship shall be tenable for one year.
In the event of there being no suitable applicant in any year, no awards shall be made.
Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Outstanding Performance Scholarship
In 2023, a Scholarship was established to recognize Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence [MSc(AI)] students with outstanding academic merit. The Scholarship shall be awarded from the academic year 2023-24 under the following regulations:
The Scholarship shall be known as “Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Outstanding Performance Scholarship”.
A maximum of five scholarships shall be awarded annually to final-year MSc(AI) student(s) on the basis of academic merit as well as quality of coursework. Outstanding contributions to the artificial intelligence sector shall also be taken into consideration.
The value of the Scholarship shall range from HK$20,000 to HK$30,000 each.
The exact number and value of each scholarship shall be determined by the Selection Committee subject to funding availability.
The Scholarship shall be tenable for one year.
In the event of there being no suitable applicant in any year, no awards shall be made.
